Services

A technical partner who sees it through

I help founders and businesses turn a complicated problem into software that runs. That can be one focused build or a long-term partnership. Either way I own it end to end, and every engagement is quoted on its own.

Engagement

Ways to work together

Three ways to start, depending on where the product is today. Whichever one fits, the scope and the price are agreed before any work begins.

Fixed-Scope Project

Best for MVPs, new platforms and well-defined features

  • An agreed scope, a fixed quote and dated milestones
  • Architecture, build and launch handled in one place
  • You know what you are getting before work starts

Pricing

Quoted individually, once the scope is clear

Monthly Retainer

Best for products that keep evolving after launch

  • A set amount of my time reserved each month
  • New features, maintenance and improvements together
  • A partner who already knows the codebase

Pricing

Quoted individually, once the scope is clear

Consulting & Advisory

Best for teams who need a second opinion they can trust

  • Architecture reviews and technology decisions
  • An honest read on the code and the system
  • Senior guidance your own engineers can act on

Pricing

Quoted individually, once the scope is clear

Capabilities

What I take on

Nine areas I work in regularly, from AI and industrial systems through to SaaS, mobile and cloud.

Technical Consulting

Architecture reviews, technology calls, and a straight answer on how to get from an idea to something in production.

System Architecture

Event-driven and multi-tenant design, with the trade-offs written down rather than discovered six months in.

AI Solutions

Document AI, OCR and NLP pipelines, RAG, and automation built on top of LLMs.

Mobile App Development

Flutter apps for Android and iOS, including offline-first ones that sync the moment they find a connection.

Backend Development

APIs in FastAPI, Node.js or NestJS, along with the queues and realtime layers they need to work.

Enterprise Software

SaaS platforms, ERP, LMS, billing, and the admin screens that keep them usable as they grow.

Industrial IoT & Digital Twins

Telemetry pipelines, fleet monitoring and predictive maintenance for equipment out in the field.

Cloud Deployment

Containerised deployments you can actually see into, with CI/CD and caching set up properly.

Performance Optimization

Working out what is genuinely slow — database, API or frontend — and fixing that rather than guessing.

Process

From first call to a system that runs itself

The same eight steps every time, so nobody has to guess what happens next or where a project currently stands.

01Discovery

I learn how the business actually runs, who it affects, and what would count as this having worked.

02Planning

Scope, milestones and dates I believe in, with the order of the work agreed before it starts.

03Architecture

The system and the data model get designed before anyone writes a line of feature code.

04Development

Built in short cycles, so what you see each week is working software rather than a status update.

05Testing

Behaviour, edge cases and load, checked against the way the thing will really be used.

06Deployment

Repeatable containerised releases, and a way back if one of them turns out badly.

07Monitoring

Dashboards and alerts, so I hear about a problem before your users have to tell you.

08Maintenance

I stay on after launch for the fixes, the changes and the next round of work.

FAQ

Working with me

The questions clients and founders usually raise before we start.

Yes. I’m in Bengaluru and most of my work is remote, across a few different time zones. I write things down so nobody has to be awake at the same time as me, and I keep a standing call in the calendar so nothing quietly drifts.

Next step

Have a project in mind?

Tell me what you are building and what it needs to achieve. I reply within 24 hours with the next steps and a quotation.
