You can hand him a genuinely difficult problem and simply trust that he will work it out. He took our idea from a rough concept to something people use every day, because he thinks hard about how the whole thing should work — not only how it should look.
We have worked together on several projects, and what stands out is that he does not need to be told every small thing. Once he understands the idea he takes care of the rest, and usually comes back with something better than I expected.
He is very good at working things out on his own. More than once we hit something nobody had an immediate answer for, and he researched it, tried different approaches and solved it. He keeps going until he finds a way — that is probably his greatest strength.
I came in with a complicated idea and very little clarity on how to build it. He understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and turned it into a working application. It was a genuinely good experience working with him.
What I value most is that he actually listens. He makes sure he understands the requirement before he starts, and stays open to suggestions and changes throughout. Communication has never once been difficult.
He is always experimenting with something new and learning as he goes. You can tell he genuinely enjoys development, and that comes through in everything he builds.
He takes the work seriously and cares about the end result. If he sees something that can be improved he raises it, rather than settling for the bare minimum.
Working with him has been remarkably smooth. He is technically strong, easy to talk to, and — most importantly — he gets things done.
Outcomes
Three problems I was handed, and what changed once the system was live.
Less manual document work
- Problem
- Teams spent hours hand-keying data from invoices, forms and IDs.
- Solution
- An OCR and NLP pipeline on Celery workers that sorts each document and pulls the fields out on its own.
- Result
- Around ten times faster, with extraction accuracy above 95%.
Industrial fleet visibility
- Problem
- Crane fleets were checked by hand, so safety problems only surfaced after something had already gone wrong.
- Solution
- Live telemetry, AI fatigue detection and safety scoring on one event-driven platform.
- Result
- Operators now watch a problem forming instead of reading about it afterwards.
From a single core
- Problem
- The same product was needed on desktop, mobile, POS terminals and the web.
- Solution
- One shared core package, a thin shell per platform, and a single multi-tenant API behind all of them.
- Result
- Five surfaces built and maintained from one codebase.

Yes. I’m in Bengaluru and most of my work is remote, across a few different time zones. I write things down so nobody has to be awake at the same time as me, and I keep a standing call in the calendar so nothing quietly drifts.
